Trumpeter Emily Denison, acoustic guitarist Daniel Kruger, and drummer Joe Sorbara gather together as the creative music trio, Mars People, in the spirit of the late guitarist Ken Aldcroft. The trio's music is at once urgent and playful; a celebration of both melodicism and texture, groove and noise, conjunction and abandon, gentleness and angularity.

Mars People (Music By & For Ken Aldcroft, vol. 1) is a document of the music that Denison, Kruger, and Sorbara made together on tour with their American friends Jason Robinson and Eric Hofbauer in early 2018.
