Blair is a Toronto based visual artist. Drawing a lot of his inspiration
from music, he began recording live performances in Toronto in 2000.
He has since worked with local and international musicians such as Geordie Haley,
Rebecca Campbell, Robin Easton, Ken Aldcroft, Carey West, Lotta Anker, Michael
Snow, Mike Hansen, Joe Mcphee, Jay Rosen, Dominic Duval, Brody West, Peter
Brotzman, Mats Gustafusson, Christine Duncan, Victor Bateman, Ken Vandermark,
Jean Martin, Roger Turner, Michal Kieth, Alex Lukashevsky, Paul Hession, Mick
Beck, Ken Balyntine, Evan Shaw, Alex Porter, Wes Neal, Nick Fraser, Rob Clutton,
Glen Hall, Rob Piilonen, Eric Chenaux, Rhonda Rindone, Scott Thomson, Nilan
Perera, The Liquid Aires, Thomas Lehn, John Butcher, Andy Moor, Marcel Aucoin, Chris Banks, Joe Poole, Paul Newman, Tania Gill, Peter Lutek, Colin Fisher, Ryan Driver, Marilyn Lerner, and many others. In 2004 Blair crossed paths with Joe Sorbara. Together they formed done records.

Joe is a composer, percussionist and improviser working and organizing in
Toronto. He approached Blair Langley about his idea for what would become
Done Records in 2004, seeing a need to have the music being made by his peers
in Toronto documented and heard.
